SharePoint folders are automatically created for every contact or organisation that documents need to be associated with – added through simple drag and drop facilities - and allow access through the Subscribe360 application or the SharePoint facilities in Office 365. Comprehensive search and indexing facilities are also provided as standard.

Power BI is a suite of business analytics tools that deliver real-time insights. It allows business users to create and share reports and works against multiple data sources. It can scale across the business, publish to the web, have anywhere access, have built-in security, and be used for Subscribe360 reporting.

Power BI allows data to be explored in real-time and pulls dashboards together from multiple data sources, e.g. CRM, ERP, databases, Google Analytics, Email Marketing etc. A Dynamics 365 connector is provided as standard to allow Subscribe360 data to be explored.

Outlook for Subscribe360

Outlook can synchronise email messages, contacts, tasks, and appointments between Microsoft Office Outlook and Subscribe360. Manually track or set up Inbox rules to sync messaging data from Outlook to Subscribe360.

Subscribe360 is easily accessible from virtually any device (Mobile phones, Tablets, Mac or Windows PC) and even Outlook on the web.
