The Events & Conferences functionality provides the ability to manage free and costed events ranging from simple one-day meetings through to large multi-day, multi-session annual conferences. Multiple ticket types are supported such as member, non-member, speaker, group tickets and early-bird discounts, together with full invoicing and payments collection through the members portal and/or other channels.

Regular venues can be managed in the system, and all associated documents, reminders, emails, tasks, calendar appointments and attendees are attached to the event record, allowing a single view of everything event related in one place.

Dietary information, disabled access requirements, event attendance lists and delegate badges can all be printed to help on the day of the event, in addition to self check-in facilities.

Online bookings are underpinned using the sales opportunity processing within Dynamics 365, with the benefit that should a delegate not complete the process, the partially completed booking will be available for remarketing or following up directly with the member.
