AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) chooses Subscribe360

Subscribe360 will streamline processes and provide a long term digital platform to support the charity.

AvMA has agreed a multi-year contract with C2 Software, an award winning provider of software for membership bodies and charities. C2 will supply its Dynamics 365 based Subscribe360 product to streamline processes, increase automation and provide easy access for stakeholders.

AvMA was originally established in 1982 as Action for the Victims of Medical Accidents, following public reaction to the television play “Minor Complications” and has gone on to be the leading campaign organisation and voice for patients on patient safety and justice matters.

The Dynamics 365 based Subscribe360 product will support AvMA’s vision of reducing their manual processing and move to a more responsive customer-centric model. It will enable a single and secure view of its clients, members and cases whilst also supporting interoperability between other major back office systems.

Subscribe360 will offer easy access for AvMA staff, with all client information available in one place rather than multiple applications. Improved business process automation, alongside integration into Office 365 and SharePoint, will boost communication across the organisation and allow users to be more proactive for clients.

- Peter Walsh, CEO at AvMA said:

“As the only UK patients’ charity specialising in patient safety, the help and support we provide directly to individuals is at the heart of what we do. Throughout the requirements gathering and specification stage, C2 had a very clear understanding of our mission and Subscribe360 is flexible enough to improve our customer journey and simplify processes for all our staff.”

- Finlay Carmichael, Managing Director at C2 Software added:

“Subscribe360 is the result of having implementing Dynamics365 throughout the Membership and Charity sector and focusses on engagement through class leading, and cost effective, Microsoft Cloud technologies. We’re pleased to partner with AvMA on this digital transformation programme to help deliver improved and automated business processes and support their campaign for patient safety and justice.”
