The Royal Society for Public Health goes live on Subscribe360

During 2019, the RSPH senior management team decided to review their existing systems and, through a competitive process, selected C2 Software with Subscribe360 to be their new CRM and Membership software provider.

With 6,000 members and tracing its roots back to 1856, the RSPH is the longest-established public health organisation in the UK. Through its policy work, membership community, qualifications, and services, the RSPH educates, empowers and supports communities and individuals so they can optimise their health and wellbeing.

Janice Constable, Membership and Educational Services Director at the RSPH, said:

The Dynamics 365-based Subscribe360 product had Membership, Events and PowerApps Portals modules implemented, together with integrations to the existing website, payment gateway, Direct Debit service provider and marketing automation platform.

Following a successful go-live, the new learning management platform was integrated to support the 20,000 learners completing RSPH online courses each year. With C2 supporting the Society through this additional complex project, this new platform will innovate the way the organisation offers online learning courses.

  • Dot Digital integration for Marketing Automation
  • Purchase of online courses and integration with learning management system 
  • Automated data snapshots and trend reporting for joiners/leavers and membership trends per category
